Shipping Policy

Nationwide shipping is 30,000 VND per order. Shipping is free for orders of 2 or more items of any kind (based on the total quantity of items in the order, including both clothing and handbags).

Estimated delivery time is 3–5 days. JOCELYN will contact you to confirm your order and delivery details before dispatch, and will let you know if the delivery schedule changes.

You may pay cash on delivery (COD) or by bank transfer to VIB, account number 946018685, account holder BÙI NGỌC ÁNH.

Same-day express delivery (inner Hanoi only): select "Express" when placing your order. Orders placed before 4 pm are delivered the same day; orders placed after 4 pm are delivered the following morning. The express fee is calculated by the delivery app (in place of the standard shipping fee), and JOCELYN will let you know the fee when calling to confirm your order. For orders of 2 or more items, JOCELYN covers 30,000 VND of the express fee and you pay the remainder.

Inspection on delivery: you may open the package to check that the style, color, size and quantity are correct before paying the courier. JOCELYN does not offer try-on at the time of delivery.

If you receive an incorrect or defective item, please contact JOCELYN right away; we will cover all shipping costs to resolve it. If you refuse a delivery for reasons that are not the shop's fault, please pay the return shipping fee (the cost of shipping the parcel back); JOCELYN will let you know the exact amount.

If you pay by bank transfer, please include your order code in the transfer description and check that the recipient name is correct. The website does not confirm payment automatically; JOCELYN will verify the transaction.
